Service Description

We shall start at your Tel-Aviv hotel and drive to the North of Israel. Our first stop is the Tel Dan National Park, ‎a fascinating Biblical archaeological site and a miraculous natural wonderland. At the heart of the park is Tel Dan, the archeological site of the ancient Israel ‎Kingdom capital, Laish with its walls and pagan temple which competed with ‎the Jerusalem temple of Judea for the hearts of the ancient Israelites. It is one of the sources of the Sea of Galilee and the Jordan River. Truly this is a beautiful and evergreen Paradise. From here we shall continue climbing the Golan Heights and, first, shall cross the Jordan River. Our next stop will be at Banias National Park. Banias was believed to be a Birthplace of the Greek God Pan (the same one, who gave a name to "Panics") and a gateway to the Underground World – Hades. But also Banias is the Ancient Caesarea Philippi, where Jesus disclosed His nature to the Apostles for the first time. We shall continue following the steep road until we make a short stop at the Sa'ar Waterfall. Three cascades of this most beautiful waterfall bring icy waters from Hermon further down the valley, to Jordan River. Short drive further up the Golan Heights will finally bring us to the foot of Nimrod Fortress. This immense Citadel was built over 1000 years ago, and used to serve the Arabs, the Crusades, the Mamluks and finally the Turks during its long life. Each of the invaders has left its traces here, and the total picture is simply breathtaking. Finally, after visiting Nimrod, we shall continue our long drive back to Tel Aviv.
