# Accessibility statement

Zelkind Bible Land Tours wants every traveller to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities.

## The standard we follow

The site is built to meet Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013. We also follow the newer WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines.

## What we have done

- Every page works with a keyboard alone. A "Skip to content" link comes first, and the element in focus always has a visible outline.
- Images carry text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Pages use real headings, landmarks and labelled form fields. Required fields are marked, and the browser tells you which field is missing.
- Text and buttons meet the WCAG contrast ratios, and text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
- Each language version is marked as English, Hebrew (right to left) or Russian, so screen readers read it in the right language.
- Movement is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- No page has a time limit.
- We checked the site on 5 November 2026 with automated tests (axe-core) and by hand: keyboard only, and on phone, tablet and laptop screens.

## Known limitations

- Card payment happens in Hyp's secure payment form, a third-party page shown inside our booking page. We do not control its design, and its keyboard focus outline is faint. If paying is difficult for you, call or WhatsApp Levi and he will complete the booking with you.
- Some older blog videos have no captions.
- Travellers' reviews are quoted in English on the Hebrew and Russian pages.
