Continuous Pandemics makes Tours decisions more difficult and increases the complications connected with the last minute cancellations.
Due to that and in order to help our future guests, we've decided to add extra flexibility to our Tour Cancellation Terms.
PRIVATE TOURS BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
· Payment on-line with Credit Card or PayPal
· Payment Terms: Seven days prior to arrival, not later
· Payment with up to 6 installments
· Booking is deemed accepted following the full payment
TOURS REFUND POLICY
· Full refund of the cancelled tour up to 48 hours prior to the booked tour date (transaction fees might be applied)
· 48 hours or below - no refund
· Special refund conditions of reduced refund deadline as above are applied during the COVID-19 Pandemic
ONLINE BOOKING ACCEPTANCE POLICY
· An online booking will only be considered as accepted if it had been confirmed by the Service Provider in writing, in advance.
· No Online booking should be made until the written confirmation from the Service Provider is received.
· Service Provider has a right to reject any booking if not complied with the above.
· Bookings close 1 day before the session starts.
