Service Description

During this tour we’ll visit major Holy Places for the Christians, Jews and the Moslems, just to see how much they all have in common. After stopping for a breathtaking site of Jerusalem from the top of Olive Mountain, we’ll cross the Valley of Kidron, where the Resurrection will take place at the Day of Judgement. We shall enter the Old City though its Main Entrance Gate - Jaffa Gate and shall enjoy the views of the Fortress of Jerusalem - King David Citadel. We’ll further walk through the oldest of four Quarters of Jerusalem, the Armenian Quarter. We’ll proceed, through the Zion Gates, to the Mount Zion. This is a place chosen by King David as his last rest place, and here Jesus has celebrated his Last Supper at the Upper Room. From here we’ll stroll through the Jewish Quarter to Western Wall of the Temple Mount, generally but absolutely wrongly called a “Wailing Wall”. Here we shall stop to enjoy the views of the El Haram El Sharif – the Temple Mount with its two most celebrated Mosques – Al Aqsa and the Dome of the Rock. We'll further walk through the colorful streets and vibrant markets of the Moslem Quarter. We shall further walk up along the stations of Via Dolorosa to the Christian Quarter, to approach the Holy Sepulcher Church. Here, according to the general belief, Jesus was crucified, buried and resurrected. We'll continue walking through the Christian Quarter and shall finally walk through the Jaffa Gate return to the car and shall drive back to Tel Aviv, to your hotel.
