Service Description

We shall pick you up at your Tel Aviv or Jerusalem hotel This tour of Jerusalem starts with a breathtaking view of the Old City from the Mount of Olives. Driving across the Resurrection Valley, we'll descend to the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus was betrayed by Judas and arrested. This garden's ancient olive trees might have been saplings when Jesus was here. Next stop is the Church of All Nations or the Basilica of the Agony, where Jesus prayed on the night of his arrest. The tour continues to the Old City of Jerusalem. On our way, we shall visit two most important Protestant Churches of the Old City - Savior's Lutheran Church and the Messianic Church of Emmanuel. At the Mount Zion, you'll visit the Last Supper Room where Jesus had his Last Supper with his disciples and just below, the tomb of King David. We shall walk along the bustling Arab Market of the Old City and shall walk through the Damascus Gate following St. Paul steps on his Way to Damascus. We shall further attend the Garden Tomb, a place which many Protestant consider to possibly being the real location of the Crucifixion and Resurrection. The last stop of the tour will be either The Shrine of the Book and Jerusalem Model at the Israeli Museum (Tuesday closed) or the the Holocaust Museum - Yad Vashem (Saturday closed). At the Israeli Museum we shall see the Model of the Ancient Jerusalem, dating Jesus time. This huge structure provides a unique opportunity to immerse into the times when Jesus walked the streets of Jerusalem. Shrine of the Book exhibits the unique findings of the Dead Sea Scrolls and permits an insight into the one of the most important Sources of the Christianity. At the end of this exciting day, we shall drive you back to your hotel.
